Cancellation conditions
It is important to us that you enjoy flexibility, even if your travel plans change. That's why we've made our cancellation conditions clear and simple for you. So you can book with peace of mind and, if necessary, adjust your booking until shortly before your trip.
Until when can I cancel free of charge?
With our regular rate, a booking can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days* before arrival. This means fewer worries and more anticipation of your time away. Please note, however, that we also have adjusted cancellation conditions for discounted rates and that cancellation is not possible for some special offers.
What happens if I cancel later?
Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a fee. This usually amounts to 80% of the travel price*. The exact conditions are listed in the respective booking conditions.
Are there any exceptions?
Special rates and offers may be subject to individual cancellation conditions. These can be viewed when booking and guarantee you full transparency. You will also find all the conditions in your booking confirmation and can check them here at any time.
What about unforeseeable events?
We understand that sometimes unforeseen events can occur. In such cases, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which provides you with cover and additional flexibility.
